  1. 01

    Review what you did

It considers recorded routes and accumulated load.

  2. 02

It can include your daily condition before adjusting intensity.

  3. 03

    Recalculate what comes next

Upcoming days change when reality does not match the plan.

Decisions with context

It does not just tell you what to do. It explains why.

Each recommendation shows the proposed work and the signals used to make the decision.

Recommended workout

Free group ride

With the group, you are in final preparation: do not add intervals, avoid long surges and cut it short if the pace rises too early.

If you ride alone, do 120 min of Z2 endurance and finish with something left. If you do not ride, it does not count as a failure.

The actual ride takes priority.

Why it decides this

  • You are in the final phase of preparing for your goal.
  • The session should maintain useful load without adding unnecessary fatigue.
  • The plan will adjust using the actual ride data.
